Edge Point เป็นอุปกรณ์ควบคุมที่มีขนาดกะทัดรัดสำหรับใช้ติดตั้งบนเสา Tower เพื่อใช้ควบคุมอุปกรณ์ Wireless ที่เปรียบเสมือนเป็นการรวมเอาอุปกรณ์หลายชนิด ไปไว้ในตัวอุปกรณ์ชิ้นเดียว อาทิ เช่น Router , Layer 3 Switch , PoE Switch ซึ่งจะช่วยลดความซับซ้อนในการติดตั้งระบบและง่ายต่อการบำรุงรักษา
